The work, up close

The homepage hero

The brief

A full redesign of the flagship site for a major, established brand, built to carry a message of luxury, quality, and trust. The design came from an external agency; I was responsible for the entire build, working efficiently with the designer, on a CMS the client's own team could run.

What I built

  1. 01

Built the full front end from the agency's designs as a library of reusable Concrete CMS components.

  2. 02

Made every component client-friendly to edit: I build the structure, their team fills in the content, no developer needed.

  3. 03

Kept a large content footprint manageable: reusable components mean new pages assemble instead of being rebuilt by hand.

  4. 04

Trained the client's team to use the CMS effectively on their own.

Key decision

I architected the site around the components I knew would be reused, so content updates stay minimal. Products pull straight from the database instead of being entered page by page.

The Challenge

The hardest part was the sheer scale of content. Building reusable components early was the difference between keeping the project moving and rebuilding every page from scratch, and it's why the site stays maintainable today.

Where it landed

The site is now the public face of an established brand, built from one reusable component library. After I trained them on the CMS, the client's own team publishes new pages without a developer.
